High Thumb Nuts are designed to be tightened by hand, negating the need for tools. These fasteners feature a large knurled head, which is easily tightened using your thumb and index finger, the elongated shoulder allows for greater thread engagement and a stronger fastening.
Thumb Nuts can be used alongside our Carbolts Knurled Thumb Screws, we stock a standard type thumb screw - DIN 464 and a ‘exclusive to Carbolts’ Thumb Screw made on our in-house sliding head lathe.
Material: A1 Stainless Steel
High Thumb Nuts are available in Metric sizes of between M3 and M10 as standard, other bespoke sizes can be manufactured on request - to your specification. We manufacture these using our in-house sliding head lathe.
